Signatures

Four steps, and every email your firm sends is working.

Scroll through the four screens below. That is the whole product. There is nothing else to learn, and no step needs anyone technical.

Step one · once, for the whole company

Every template is yours: colours, font, logo, and the ask.

Pick a design and it arrives finished. What you change is your brand and your words: three colours, your font, your logo, and the one thing you want people to do. Click a palette below and watch the design re-colour, then type in the fields and watch it render.

Step two · everyone, from the one brand setup

Every person’s signature, rendered from the same brand.

Typing two hundred people in one at a time is what kills adoption on day one. Add them in bulk or upload a CSV, and every signature renders from the brand you set up in step one. One screen shows what is rendered, what is still in the queue, and what needs running again.

Step four · the part nobody else gives you

Every click tracked, so you can finally map the funnel.

A normal signature tells you nothing. Every Wollip link is UTM-tagged and tracked per person, so you can see sent through to closed won, which CTA worked, and who in your firm is getting attention. This is the Performance screen, which is the home screen of the product.

    Rendering

    Renders everywhere, including Outlook.

Outlook desktop shows the first frame and stops. Ours are built so frame one is a finished composition. The fallback looks deliberate, because it is. Drag the tiles about if you like.

    Questions

Everything people ask before they set it up.

    Setting up
What is an animated email signature?

An animated email signature is a normal email signature with a moving element in it: a logo that shimmers, or a banner carrying one call to action. Wollip renders that movement to a GIF before it is sent, because email clients strip CSS animation, so it plays in Outlook like any other image.

Which email platform does Wollip support?

Outlook, as your firm already has it. Everyone on the team gets their own signature, rendered and hosted, and sets it once. On anything else, ask us and we will be straight with you about where it sits.

Do I need IT to set it up across the team?

No. You add people once and everyone gets their own to set, in about a minute each. No Exchange access, no admin portal, no procurement conversation, and nothing for anyone technical to schedule.

How long does it take to set up?

About fifteen minutes for a whole company: your logo, three colours, a font, a design and the one thing you want people to do. After that you only come back for a new starter, a new campaign, or the numbers.

    How much does it cost?

One mailbox is free with no card and no expiry. Paid seats are A$15 for one person, A$12 each from two, and A$10 each from eleven. Over 25 people we quote it.

    Running it
    What does Wollip actually track?

Every click on the signature CTA, mapped to a funnel you can report on: emails sent, signature impressions, clicks, unique new companies, meetings booked and closed won. Click tracking is on paid plans only.

Can different teams have different calls to action?

Yes. One CTA applies company-wide by default, and you can override it for a team or a single person, so sales can run a booking link while everyone else points at a capability statement.

What happens when we rebrand or change the campaign?

Change it once and re-render everyone from one screen. The copy each person customised carries across, so nobody has to redo their own signature.

How much of a template can I change?

Your logo, colours, font, headline and call to action. The layout stays as it was drawn, and every field carries the character limit its artwork allows, so a signature cannot be broken by long text.

Will the animation work in Outlook?

Yes. Each design is rendered to a GIF first, and a GIF is just an image to an email client. The contact block underneath is plain HTML, so it still reads correctly if images are blocked.
